Establishment: The college was initially established in 2018 (previously known as Government Naveen College, Bhatagaon). It was later renamed on October 6, 2018, in memory of Shaheed Rajeev Pandey, a Second Lieutenant and eminent freedom fighter of Chhattisgarh who was posthumously awarded the Veer Chakra.
