2. Listing Policy

Businesses must provide accurate information. CGBD.in reserves the right to remove false, misleading, or inappropriate listings. Fake reviews constitute unfair trade practice under Consumer Protection Act 2019.

3. Premium Plans

Premium plans are charged monthly. 7-day refund policy applies if features not activated. Cancellation must be requested 72 hours before renewal.

4. Intellectual Property

CGBD.in content, logos, and design are protected. Businesses retain ownership of their submitted content.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes subject to jurisdiction of Bilaspur courts, Chhattisgarh.

Data We Collect

Business name, address, phone number, and category for directory listings. Contact form submissions. Cookie data for analytics.

How We Use It

• To display your business in the directory
• To send listing confirmations and updates
• To improve our platform

Data Sharing

We NEVER sell your data. Business contact details are publicly displayed as part of the directory service (with your consent at registration).

Your Rights (DPDP Act 2023)

You have the right to access, correct, and delete your data. Email [email protected] for any data requests.

Data Retention

Data retained while listing is active. Deleted within 30 days of deletion request (except legally required records).
